The Xiong’an New Area has come to the phase of massive construction. This is anurban furniture design competition following the requirement of historical and artistical design, and stick to the rule of “world quality, international standard, Chinese characteristic”. The furniture design will help Xiong’an improve the quality of public space and enrich the city life.

SPD project team considered factors of function, environment, local culture, art and technology, and made a perspective, humanized and artistic design of urban furniture system. Suggestions and planning guidelines are also made regarding the furniture implement in Xiong’an city-wide.
