Mr. Li He has a solid theoretical background of environmental science and engineering and sustainable planning, and is very good at the quantification of city sustainable development. Mr. Li used to serve at EDAW and AECOM, and has years of experience of international urban planning and design. As one of the co-founders of SPD, he is specialized in environmental impact analysis, ecological planning and sustainability research. He is also responsible for SPD’s company operation and investments.
