山水艺术大道，世界级的文化艺术长廊。

横贯首都东三环、东四环的“华丽2公里/艺术8万方”开放式艺术商业街区，以“山水美术馆+”为原地，打造集艺术创作、展示、收藏、拍卖、鉴赏、交易、培训、管理、服务九位一体的全产业链共通平台。

城市设计通过优化步行体验、塑造节点、活化两侧的公共环境、充分利用地下空间、雨水管理等设计策略，构建整体城市设计框架，以吸引PPP潜在投资者和品牌运营商，来共同实现国家和城市的文化软实力建设，提升首都文化生活品质，铸造公共艺术导向的“艺术都市主义”。

2015年9月大道开街，短短的10天时间，到访游客数量高达数十万人。

未来，更多的文化艺术活动将进一步开展，世界各地的文化艺术交流将汇聚于此，长盛不衰！
