Liyang Tea Culture Square locates in the city of Liyang, Jiangsu Province, to the south of Yanshan River, north of the railway, and is the gateway of the city. The scheme plan raised the goal of “the first tea-culture complex of international quality in the Yangtze River Delta area”, and to build this 30-acre area into a tea culture communication window between China and the world.

There will be three main commercial activities in the complex including [T+culture], [T+trade], [T+tourism], and six plates which are: academy / art studios / hotel / offices / shopping / markets. All kinds of culture festivals and events will be held throughout the year to provide constant popularity.

In space planning, the SPD team sticks to the theme of tea, imitate the Jie-Fang pattern of the traditional Chinese space. Walking experience is taken very good care of in the area, so that citizens and tourists will all enjoy their stay here.
