HEYUAN DENGTA BASIN RURAL COMPLEX MASTER PLAN

As one of the first demonstration zones of rural complex approved by the State Council of China in Guangdong Province, Heyuan Shuntian Town plays a leading and exemplary role in developing new agriculture and revitalizing rural areas. At the same time, Shuntian Town undertakes the development intelligence of the city's sub-center in the north of Heyuan, and will build a garden town with a population of more than 200,000 in the future.

The overall planning puts forward five planning strategies: ecological demonstration, cultural soul-building, innovative economy, immersion in tourism, village and town revitalization; relies on the ecological characteristics of mountains, water, fields and forests in Shuntian Town to construct a global ecological security pattern; at the same time, combines the local unique rural agricultural culture and Hakka traditional culture to shape "one core five groups" The overall spatial development framework of the group is to construct five functional zones, namely, urban public core and manor headquarters health preservation zone, green agriculture experimental zone, sports and leisure experience zone, ecological flower Conservation Zone and forest economic demonstration zone, and to inject new industrial development system. On this basis, the overall planning of Shuntian Town completed the overall layout of construction land, road traffic system, public service facilities, landscape and landscape space planning, and based on the creation of an innovative economic community development silk road, proposed the integration of urban and rural development and landscape improvement of the implementation plan.
