CONCEPT PLANNING & URBAN DESIGN FOR THE RENOVATION OF HEFEI LUOGANG AIRPORT DISTRICT

Hefei is located in the core area of the yangtze river economic belt and the yangtze river delta metropolitan area. It is rich in science and education resources and is a national comprehensive science center city. The new urban strategy of hefei is to build a world-class innovative city of “great lakes city and innovation highland”. Luogang airport, located in the center of hefei, witnessed the development of hefei in the past 40 years. With the termination of the function of the airport, luogang will occupy a more important position in the future.

We position luogang as the central business park, international business center, regional innovation hub, and city central public zone.
