In order to continuously improve and enhance the livable environment of the city, Tongnan District focuses on the overall idea of "ecological priority and livable quality", optimizing the layout of urban landscape culture through high-level design, and implements the treatment of black and odorous water bodies and the construction of waterfront landscape in urban areas. We promote the quality of livable environment in urban and rural areas, and highlight the charm of riverside landscape culture to promote the integration of industry, city, and the landscape.

We fully implement the ecological guiding ideology and principles of " interception pollution- water control-ecological restoration", creatively integrating the remediation of the black and odorous water body of Luding Lake  by the planning and construction of the people's ecological park, through high-level landscape design and construction, we will build a fine park which integrates ecological, low-carbon, cultural, artistic, leisure and other sustainable elements. 
 

The People's Ecological Park has completed the renovation of the original black and odorous water body, it has hydrophilic platforms, sightseeing galleries and bridges, healthy footpaths, children's activity sites, highlighted hydrophilic and ecological and cultural landscape features; the park has formed four functional zones in series with "ecological exhibition area", "landscape experience area", "happy life sports area" and "ecological recreation area"; With an area of 39 179.7m², the landscape area of the reserved waters is about 10 572.3m² , and the green space rate is 72.3%. The treatment of black and odorous water and the construction of parks meet people's needs for a better life. At the same time, it promotes the transformation and development of abandoned garage around the park. We will initially realizes the integration of ecological, social and economic benefits.
