The project is located at the junction of Gantang town and Gengcheng town in Mount Huangshan District. It is generally aimed at creating an international cultural holiday destination, building a highland for international cultural exchanges and cooperation, creating an international art sharing platform for the artists and the world's top destination for artistic residence.It will be a fashionable and one-stop leisure place for cultural entertainment.

Through refining the overall IP of the project, the team proposed to create an "1+5 +N" industrial system

One art ecological circle: the "century master" cultural and art town is a miniature art circle, where the creators and investment operation coexist harmoniously, and the users, fans and creators transform each other.

Five major engine projects: Centennial giant Museum, Huangshan Taiping Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Art gene block, Taiping International Performing Arts Center, and master workshop.

N industrial forms: including painting and calligraphy, film and television shows, literature and drama, derivatives, hotels and streets, art education and other related industries, they are made up of a symbiotic incentive and dynamic renewal economy system.

In terms of spatial planning, the project team proposed to take Puxi River as the axis to construct a planning framework of one town and four districts, and to create four functional plates. At the same time, the project team puts forward the implementation idea of introducing multi-party collaborative clusters to form a strong brand resource support system for the "century master" cultural IP.
