The project is located in Daliuta Town of Shenmu, which is in the border area of Shanxi Shanxi & Inner Mongolia, and is known as the North gateway of Shanxi province. The whole region is very famous for its energy mine resources, and Daliuta produces coal mine of the best quality in the world and also the cutting-edge technologies of exploitation.

The SPD team did a thorough research and analysis on the nation’s policy \ local industry \ ecology \ tourism situation \ culture \ market, and proposed the future vision for the project:‘Black Gold Davos, Marvelous Daliuta’, aiming at building a new cultural tourism destination consist of industry innovation, international MICE activity, cultural creativity and industrial tour.

A product system of “1+4+6+X”is raised including one world coal expo, four industrial clusters, six experience plates and
26 subitems. This plan will help the town transform practically and develop sustainably into a better future.
